The interior joinery is wooden with wooden frames, wings that are double-sided coated with MDF thickness of d = 4 mm, painted with polyurethane paint and equipped with quality locks, hinges and doorknobs. Installations The facility is connected to the city water supply network, installations carried out with PE and PP pipes. Sewage installations are carried out with PVC pipes and the facility is connected to a bio septic tank located in the lower part of the plot. Electricity and telecommunication installations are carried out according to the project. A lightning rod installation with a foundation grounding device was performed on the building. The facility is equipped with a video surveillance and anti-theft protection system. Heating installation is carried out using an individual boiler room in which heating is carried out in two ways (Gas boiler Vaillant + electric boiler) and heating is carried out in a combination of floor and radiator heating. The air conditioning of the facility is performed segmentally by levels, multisplit systems manufactured by FUJITSU. The installation of sanitary hot water was carried out using a thermally insulated accumulation boiler manufactured by Vaillant uniSTOR VIH R200/6 with an additional electric heater of 6 kW. In the living room is installed indoor fireplace manufacturer with chimney SCHIEDEL uniPLUS with a diameter of 20 cm. In the composition of the bathroom in the attic there is a Finnish sauna.
