This large coastal trophy farm, located on the western side of the Coromandel Peninsula with a 1km frontage to the Hauraki Gulf, enjoys magnificent sunsets and stunning views to the Coromandel Islands to the north. A recent boundary adjustment gives three titles within the 413ha block which has two streams, Waimana to the south and Wilson's Creek to the north. Currently the farm has approx 160ha of pasture of the total 413ha, more or less, with the balance in native bush with some fabulous stands of Nikau, Tawa, Puriri and Rewarewa.
