This Loft is located in the historic center of Cuenca, two blocks from San Sebastian Park, in the famous Casa San Sebastian building.
Casa San Sebastian is located on Simon Bolivar street, one of the most historic and important streets in Cuenca. This building is one of the first colonial buildings that was reconstructed to create modern apartments, the facade, the interior patio, the stairs and its wooden ballasts were kept, it is well known as an Architectural Heritage in the historic district of Cuenca. This building has 8 apartments. It is located very close to Calderon Park, the main square of the city, as well as the best restaurants, stores, museums, parks and different fruit and vegetable markets in Cuenca.
The Loft is composed of two floors, on the first floor has an open living room, a half bathroom, kitchen and dining room and has large windows that open onto the patio.
